This unique blend of legal acumen and human behavioral insight creates an optimal environment for conflict resolution.

Empowering disputants to control their outcomes

Unlike traditional courtroom litigation where an external judge or jury decides your fate, our core mediation philosophy centers on empowering clients to shape and control their own outcomes. With balanced, neutral, and unbiased guidance, the ADS mediation process structures discussions, tests assumptions, asks difficult questions, and helps participants evaluate proposals.

Streamlined conflict resolution across diverse fields

We specialize in resolving commercial and business disputes, employment and labor conflicts, insurance claims, real estate matters, and family law disputes. By choosing our streamlined mediation process over litigation, clients save substantial time, reduce emotional strain, and eliminate the exorbitant costs associated with prolonged litigation.

"ADS provided the exact guidance and insight we needed to settle a dispute that had stalled for months. The process was direct, fair, and far more cost-effective than taking our case to court."
